Homebased Block Manager
I am currently working with a well established managing agent looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to oversee a small portfolio of 5 complex and large residential developments.
This is a homebased role with site travel as required, offering autonomy and trust alongside strong operational support.
Must have HRB and Complex experience
Package:
£50,000 salary
£4,500 car allowance
Petrol card
Homebased contract
The portfolio consists of large and technically complex blocks, so experience managing high rise or multi unit developments is essential. You will be confident overseeing major works, service charge budgets, contractor performance and resident engagement.
This role would suit someone who enjoys managing a focused portfolio properly rather than being overloaded with volume.
