Our service is made up of shared living at Moylena Court, where residents enjoy a strong sense of community, and more independent bungalows at Cedar Court, where support is provided flexibly based on individual needs. This is a role for someone who brings kindness, initiative and a team spirit, and who wants to support people to live independently, with dignity and confidence. What Makes Moylena & Cedar Special? Across the two services, we support 22 adults aged 22 to 65, offering everything from practical support with daily living to emotional support, advocacy, and social connection. The people we support are warm, funny and full of character, and the team atmosphere is often described as feeling like a family. ?? Join Our Team as a Night Cover Worker ??? Supporting People Through the Night At Inspire Wellbeing, we are dedicated to supporting people with mental health needs, addiction recovery, and learning disabilities to live well and independently. As a Night Cover Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing overnight support, reassurance, and safety to the people who live in our supported housing or residential services. ?? About the Role As a Night Cover team member, you'll be responsible for: Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of service users throughout the night. Monitoring the environment and responding to any incidents or emergencies. Supporting service users in line with their individual care and support plans. Completing accurate documentation and handovers for the day team. Carrying out routine health and safety checks, domestic tasks, and preparing for the next day. Maintaining a calm, respectful, and supportive presence overnight. ?? What We're Looking For Essential Criteria: Experience in a care or support setting (paid or voluntary). Ability to work unsupervised and respond confidently in emergencies. A calm, compassionate approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
