Join Xero as a Customer Experience Specialist supporting small business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers via phone, email, and live chat. Act as a trusted advisor, unlocking the full value of Xero’s features through proactive outreach and responsive assistance across various channels.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality support via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Zendesk.
* Master Xero’s features and the Melio CX strategy, staying updated on evolving products.
* Collaborate across internal Xero teams to escalated complex issues, ensuring a seamless experience for every user.

* Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
* Experience in a service‑led environment where quality and productivity targets are met.
* A growth mindset and a readiness to learn new technologies and accounting systems.
