Job Title: MarketingManager Department/Function: Marketing Location: 160 Dollman Street, Birmingham, B7 4RS Contract Type: Full Time, On-site Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1pm Salary Range: £45,000 - £48,000 About the Role As Marketing Manager at Armac Martin, you will lead the daily activities of the marketing team helping support and develop the team to deliver work efficiently, creatively, and to deadline. Similarly, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver the overall strategy in line with business goals. Working across digital, brand and product marketing, youll play a key role in strengthening our presence within the interiors industry and ensuring a consistent, elevated brand experience across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life, support new product launches, and drive engagement across our global audience. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for design, youll help shape how Armac Martin is seen and experienced, maintaining and elevating our position as a leader in luxury cabinet hardware. Key Responsibilities Work with Head of Marketing to develop and deliver the marketing strategy, ensuring it is consistently aligned with business goals Manage the daily output of the marketing team, including briefing and reviewing daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met Support the Head of Marketing in planning and executing product launches and stand-alone marketing campaigns Lead and support the marketing team, mentorship and regular one-to-one meetings, fostering both personal development and strong team performance Plan and manage organic social media content across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn Manage external agencies re sp onsi b le for PPC and Meta advertising Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (website, social, print, packaging) Oversee management of websites, including management of external agencies responsible for SEO Be responsible for the planning and execution of international and regional exhibitions Manage internal communications Be responsible for monthly reporting of KPIs across all marketing activities Success Outcomes First 30 Days: You will be embedded in the Armac Martin culture, understand our heritage, goals and position in the market You will have begun to immerse yourself in all aspects of Armac Martin, building cross-departmental relationships Grow a confident understanding of the marketing calendar and upcoming product launches / campaigns First 90 Days: Largely taking ownership of daily marketing activities of the team Reporting on monthly performance of marketing activities and making recommendations for improvements Developed a strong working relationship with your team Establishing relationships with external agencies and collaborating with them to improve results across all digital activities 12 Months: Have taken full responsible for the daily marketing output of the team Established strong relationships externally and internally, working across departments to improve internal and external communications Full understanding of Armac Martin, our product offering, and position within our key sectors Have established key skill development opportunities within the team and begun to put things in motion to act on them, clearly showing signs of the team improving under your management.
