Overview
We are looking for a Breakfast Club Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
Responsibilities
* Supervising and caring for the children in Breakfast Club, by assisting with the planning, preparation and delivery of a variety of activities
* Interacting with children and overseeing their activities, ensuring safety both indoors and outdoors
* Ensuring children are behaving appropriately and in line with the schools behaviour policy at all times
* Being aware of and responding to Health & Safety issues promptly
* Being a strong, positive role model for the children and other staff
* Supporting children through the meal time
* Following the school's policy and procedures on child protection and attending any relevant training provided
* Working with colleagues to set up and clear away the Breakfast Club
* Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience is not necessary, but you must be willing and able to attend relevant training

Hours & Location
Hours of work: 6.25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 7.30am-8.45am. 38 working weeks per year - term time only
The Park and Parkwall Primary Schools Federation consists of two primary schools:
* Park Primary School is a large school in Kingswood
* Parkwall Primary School is a smaller school in Cadbury Heath
