We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer role in a Warrington based Legal Services firm. The firm provides a comprehensive spectrum of specialized legal services, ranging from resolving compensation claims for professional malpractice and medical negligence to conveyancing, business immigration, and more.
The business is searching for a highly driven, aspiring Conveyancing Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join the team. The primary goal of this position will be to aid in the growth of the Conveyancing/Private Client Department.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the growth and development of the Conveyancing/Private Client Department.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience with extensive expertise in residential conveyancing.
* Knowledge of legislation governing the management of any data, whether personal or business-related.
* Knowledge of regulations and norms such as GDPR, FCA, SRA, and ISO 27001.
* Transparent and open in dealings with the SRA and other authorities.
* Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organisational abilities.
* Mandarin (both verbal and written) proficiency.
