About the Role
Were looking for an experienced and people-focused People Partner to join our clients HR team supporting HR Projects across the multi-site business during a period of growth and transformation This is a hybrid role based in South Wales, combining home working with regular on-site collaboration.
As a trusted advisor, youll partner with leaders to deliver HR Projects, drive engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
