At Market Rasen Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity five times a week. We require a committed and dynamic motivator to deliver a world‑class customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Hold a minimum Level 2 fitness qualification.
* Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through consistent delivery of group sessions and meaningful gym‑floor contact.
* Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values.
* Make every member’s visit an enjoyable experience that keeps them coming back.
* Be enthusiastic, positive, and ready to make a difference.
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification.
* Required DBS check prior to starting.
* In‑house training will be available to develop your skills.
