My client is a rapidly expanding direct to consumer service on the hunt for a Head of Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the creation and execution of the marketing team's plans and strategies to advertise products.
* Create and oversee marketing budgets to make sure resources are allocated effectively and return on investment is maximised.
* A thorough and provable understanding of copywriting and conversion rate optimisation.
* Experience managing data optimisation, campaign landing sites, and creative for paid advertising campaigns.
* Experience designing, developing, and implementing print, SMS, and email marketing campaigns.
* Capacity to show good growth through organic social media marketing.
* A deep comprehension of KPIs and the utilisation of data to improve business performance
* Collaborating with the finance team to guarantee proper budget management and reporting.
* Work together with the larger team to support each individual product or customer demand as we expand our online presence.
Skills Required:
* Previous experience on direct to consumer ecommerce
* You'll be a skilled product marketer with a strong creative sense
* Experience with all aspects of the marketing mix, including social, content, SEO, and communications.
* Current understanding of multi-channel marketing and measuring best practises and trends.
* The capacity to react quickly and effectively in a changing environment.
* Appreciation for creative work and digital asset management
Location - Nottingham (hybrid)
Salary - up to £80K
