B1/B2 Forklift Truck Operator
Location: Immingham
Pay: £12.21 - £15.07
Shifts: 12-hour shifts | Overtime available
We're looking for a skilled B1/B2 Counterbalance Forklift Operator to support busy warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is essential in keeping goods moving safely and efficiently across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate B1/B2 counterbalance FLTs (below/above 5 tonnes) to load/unload and move goods to storage or dispatch areas
Safely handle heavy pallets, containers, and industrial goods
Stack and retrieve stock, ensuring correct rotation and efficient space use
Load and secure goods for transport in line with safety standards
Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or issues
Follow all Health & Safety protocols, including PPE and risk assessments
Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Requirements
Essential:
Valid FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts
Strong Health & Safety awareness
Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling if required
Good communication and teamwork skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
Experience in warehouses, distribution, or industrial environments
Basic literacy and numeracy for record-keeping
