Join Our Team as a Talent Advisor at Culligan
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Talent Advisor to join our Culligan talent team! In this role, you will support our growing business by attracting and introducing top talent across various locations in the UK and Ireland.
As a Talent Advisor, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide reliable talent services, ensuring a smooth experience for hiring managers and new employees within the Culligan UKI Group.

Responsibilities
1. Support hiring managers in the Topgrading recruitment process to ensure consistency in all hiring activities.
2. Manage multiple vacancies across different business units and oversee recruitment activities via our ATS.
3. Screen shortlisted candidates effectively and filter as necessary before presenting candidates to hiring managers.
4. Evaluate and improve the onboarding process to reflect our culture and facilitate effective learning for new hires.
5. Participate in ‘WHO’ interviews with hiring managers and support them in determining appropriate offers and packages.
6. Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to assess talent needs based on business objectives and growth plans.
7. Ensure reference checks are completed consistently and recorded in compliance with GDPR.
8. Identify resourcing solutions and monitor the success of each recruitment channel used.
9. Optimize ATS tools to enhance the recruitment process.
10. Collaborate with our HRHub shared service team to ensure a consistent 'Welcome to Culligan' experience.
11. Monitor market activity, including job trends, salaries, benefits, and advertising methods.
12. Coordinate Culligan’s Apprenticeship programme, liaising with educational institutions.
13. Support the creation of recruitment training materials on our LMS platform.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment-focused role.
2. Understanding of LMS and employee development processes.
3. Extensive knowledge of various recruitment methods.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
6. Driven, creative, and motivated to succeed.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resilient environment.
8. 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
