Salary: £30,000 per annum plus £1,500 per annum responsibility allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Education Instructor to join our team at Crookhey Hall, Cockerham. The post holder will liaise with staff across the organization to ensure consistency in standards, support, transition, and quality of provision.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
* Raising standards of pupil attainment and achievement within the faculty.
* Monitoring and supporting pupil progress in conjunction with SLT lead for curriculum, utilizing faculty data.
* Being accountable for pupil progress and outcomes within the faculty.
* Providing a broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for pupils across all Key Stages.
* Leading and developing the faculty curriculum, ensuring regular review in response to national developments and student needs.
* Leading all department Quality Assurance requirements, including regular deep dives.
* Maintaining the Faculty Development Plan annually.
* Using own classes as examples of high-quality provision.
* Developing whole-school cross-curricular links to enhance the impact of Outdoor Education.
Qualifications: GCSE Math and English Grade C/4 or equivalent, Current First Aid Certificate.
