Real Estate, Practice Development Lawyer - Part-time

Excellent opportunity for either an experienced Real Estate Lawyer or Practice Development Lawyer (PDL) to join the Real Estate practice of this highly ranked national law firm. Perhaps you're looking to move away from a fee-earning role or, are an experienced PDL seeking your next career move.
Our client has a market leading reputation for its Real Estate work and is home to an enviable client base and household names in the Development, Financial Services, Energy, Marine, Infrastructure, Healthcare and Education sectors.
The firm is now looking to appoint a Real Estate PDL (which can be Bristol based, or in its other nationwide locations) on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days).
You will be joining an existing Real Estate Knowledge team and will be focused on sharing knowledge, expertise and market knowledge to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge of their Real Estate practice. You will be responsible for developing, updating and maintaining the team's precedent bank and for the learning and development programme for the team. You'll be providing regular training to members of the team by running group teaching sessions, providing webinars, organising knowledge sharing sessions and keeping the group up to date via updates. You'll be a key point of contact for the lawyers in the group for any technical queries and much more.
It is important that you have an in-depth working knowledge of Real Estate law, so that you are confident when providing this expert assistance and support. Exceptional drafting and communication skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Real Estate lawyer or PDL, with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained at a reputable private practice firm.
