Position: Front of House Event Colleague (Zero-Hour Contract)
Location: Wythenshawe

What You'll Be Doing
Front of House & Guest Experience
* Welcome and assist guests, providing a warm, professional first impression
* Support with meeting and event setups, from arranging rooms to setting out refreshments
* Ensure catering areas and event spaces are clean, tidy, and well presented at all times
* Assist with events, topping up refreshments, helping with AV, and making sure everything runs smoothly
* Act as a point of contact for client queries and last‑minute requests
Event & Venue Support
* Help with behind‑the‑scenes admin such as scheduling, signage, and feedback forms
* Support the team with social media content and promotional activity
* Take part in creative planning sessions to bring fresh ideas to events at The Nest

* A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people
* Someone proactive, reliable, and happy to get stuck in
* Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Flexibility to work a mix of daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts
