Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader to join a busy helpdesk team based in Salford, Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced and growing environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in planning/scheduling, with proven leadership capabilities in a contact centre or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of contact centre operatives
2. Oversee the daily operations of the scheduling team
3. Conduct regular 1-to-1s and performance reviews
4. Maintain and update training documentation and identify team training needs
5. Support the rollout of new processes and initiatives
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and policies
Requirements:
7. Minimum 3 years' experience in a contact centre environment
8. Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
9. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. High attention to detail and accuracy
12. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
