This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Architect or Architectural Designer with strong Revit skills and experience in Transport or Aviation projects.

Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
Duties:
Oversee all RIBA Plan of Work stages (0-7), contributing to project documentation such as GA drawings, schedules, specifications, and reports
Manage project activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Attend and contribute to design meetings, workshops, reviews, and presentations
Develop design solutions that are compliant, buildable, and aligned with client and company standards
Coordinate design elements (structure, MEP, interior, landscaping) into the overall design
Stay updated on construction laws and pursue continuous professional development (CPD)
Monitor project risks and manage change requests, defining time, cost, and quality impacts
Understand project resources and profit targets, ensuring work stays within constraints
Contribute to quality audits, ensuring adherence to the company’s Quality Management System
Requirements:
ARB registered & Masters Qualified Architect
A minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in Aviation or Transport projects post qualification
Strong technical knowledge
Expert user of Revit
A high-quality portfolio of previous proven projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and professionalism
