Salary: Up to £48,500 per year, dependent on experience, with car allowance.
Location: Ideally based in York, Sheffield, Derby, Leicester, or Nottingham.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities Will Include
1. Conduct fire safety risk assessments in accordance with current regulations.
2. Produce clear, actionable reports to guide client compliance.
3. Engage with clients and stakeholders, clearly explaining findings and recommendations.
4. Keep abreast of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve services and share knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
* A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety.
* Registration with IFSM, Tier 2, or similar competency scheme.
* At least 2 years of experience in the fire industry.
* Experience with compartmentation and/or door inspections (training provided if not).
* Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments.
* Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and legislation.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging and informing clients.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach to hazard identification.
* A valid driving license, as site visits are required.
* Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
