The role:
As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance individual and restaurant performance.
Ideal candidate:
* Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
* Understanding of managing labor and rotas, eager to learn about financial performance
* Skilled at recognizing and celebrating great performance during shifts
