Due to exciting expansion across their Amazon platforms, they're hiring for a Junior Ecommerce Manager to join their growing EU eCommerce team!

As a Junior Ecommerce Manager, you will:
* Support the Category Managers in building and executing the Amazon merchandising strategy across Amazon UK and EU.
* Collaborate closely with UK/EU marketing teams to deliver brand growth and digital excellence.
* Manage the catalogue portfolio across Amazon Europe, ensuring visibility, optimisation, and strategic prioritisation.
* Enhance and standardise best-in-class product content and listing experiences to maximise traffic and conversion.
* Be involved in planning and managing Amazon marketing budgets, seasonal campaigns, and brand launches.
* Assist the teams in optimising product listings using SEO, keyword research, SEM, and other digital marketing tools.
* Partner with external Amazon Retail Media agencies to measure ROI, boost organic ranking, and drive sponsored campaigns.
* Collaborate with licensors to ensure brand execution is consistent and impactful across digital shelves.
What will you need?
* 2+ years' experience in eCommerce merchandising or digital marketing working across consumer products.
* Strong understanding of Amazon – from content and search optimisation to digital shelf analytics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong excel knowledge is required.
* Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and digital teams.
* Excellent project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and commercial skills.
* Experience with Amazon Advertising and managing digital marketing budgets is desirable.
