Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly team based in Stevenage. What does a Customer Service Advisor here do? Provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone, email and via web chat. Build positive relationships with customers, Insurers providing advice and solutions Take personal responsibility their development and keep their knowledge and expertise up to date so they are always giving our customers the service they need Work in a financially regulated environment and play an important role in helping tour company ensure we protect our customers What are we looking for in our Customer Service Advisor? We welcome applications from those with retail, hospitality and any other customer facing backgrounds, so we provide tons of insurance specific training when you join. We want people who are focused on giving the best possible experience to our customers. You will enjoy working in a team, helping and supporting others and be motivated to do and be your best every day.
