The Role
* Teaching Photography across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured practical and theory-based lessons
* Supporting pupils with coursework, portfolio development, and exam preparation
* Teaching camera techniques, digital editing, and visual analysis
* Encouraging creativity and independent artistic expression
* Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-resourced Art department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Photography, Art & Design, or a related subject
* Experience teaching Photography at KS3 and KS4
* Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
* High expectations for pupil behaviour, engagement, and progress
* A professional, organised, and positive teaching approach
