Job Description Our 2-Year Finance Development Apprenticeship is tailored for ambitious college leavers who are passionate about finance and eager to take their first steps towards becoming future finance leaders. You’ll become part of a finance team of over 200 professionals where you’ll collaborate with various finance functions and business units. You’ll gain hands-on experience on real projects where you’ll be encouraged to take ownership and bring fresh, innovative thinking. Your development is our priority. Following a successful 6-month probation period, you’ll have the opportunity to begin studying towards a Level 4 CIMA or ACCA Apprenticeship, supported by practical training and one-to-one mentorship. This programme is designed to open the door to long-term progression. On successful completion, you can apply to join our full Level 7 Apprenticeship scheme—leading to a full professional accountancy qualification, continuing your journey towards a leadership role within Radius. We'd be excited to welcome you to one of our five Crewe offices. The role is full-time, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Your responsibilities day to day will be dependent on placement. The programme offers successful candidates the chance to spend time in different industries (including Fuel, Telematics, Telecoms, Insurance, Vehicle Solutions, EV and Energy) within our business and different functions across finance such as: Accounting & Financial Control – responsible for the financial reporting and control framework, the production of management accounts, and budgetary control Financial Operations – responsible for transaction data management, customer billing and direct debit processing Commercial – reporting and analysis to support, challenge and help drive business performance Group – responsible for Group Reporting, Treasury & Tax
