Capital Projects Administration Assistant (Ref: 214889)
Fixed term for 22 months
Up to Full Time, Mon-Fri hours can be flexible
Consideration will also be given to remote and hybrid working
Band 3 - Salary Range £26,869 - £28,998 per annum (pro rata) plus
Distant Island Allowance of £2,380 per annum (pro rata)
This is an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated project administrator to join us in a small dynamic team to manage the series of capital refurbishment projects across the entire NHS Estate in Shetland. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in a secretarial or administration role and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills. You will be computer literate (including MS Teams) and able to work under your own initiative to meet tight deadlines as well as having an approachable and friendly manner.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and professional secretarial/administrative service to the Project Director and senior members of the Project Team, but will also provide support to priority programmes and projects as required.
This contract is for a fixed-term for 22 months. The reason for the fixed-term contract is to support fixed term projects. If you wish to apply for this post as a secondment opportunity, you will need to discuss with your line manager before submitting an application.
