Job Title: Treasury Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 20–40% office-based)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: From £70,000 per annum (London weighted, dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Managerto lead and manage day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring financial resilience and robust liquidity management. This Treasury Manager is a key role in supporting long-term financial sustainability and delivering reliable services to our stakeholders.
Treasury Manager - Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee daily treasury operations in line with Treasury Management Policy
2. Manage cashflow forecasting and optimise returns on cash
3. Ensure timely capital and interest payments
4. Drive system and process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency
5. Lead month-end processes and treasury elements of audits
6. Maintain a strong control framework and ensure audit-ready records and systems
Essential:
7. Professional qualification: AMCT or ACCA (or equivalent)
8. Proven experience managing treasury operations within a busy finance environment
9. Strong leadership and people management skills
10. Ability to deliver improvements in service and commercial performance
11. Excellent communication and influencing skills
12. Advanced Excel and proficiency in treasury/finance systems
Desirable:
13. Experience in the housing association sector
14. Familiarity with treasury and finance systems
