Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth through technical sales leadership across multiple sectors.
* Define and execute product strategy and go-to-market plans.
* Represent the company at industry events, in the press, and across digital channels.
* Develop the technical value proposition based on market and customer insight.
* Build and lead commercial teams, including sales and application engineering.
* Act as a key member of the leadership team, supporting strategic accounts and partnerships.
About You:
* 10+ years in engineering or technical markets, with 5+ in electrification (battery experience a plus).
* Proven success in technical sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
* Confident public speaker with experience in media, presentations, and events.
* Proven ability to align technical innovation with commercial opportunity.
