Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties
* Assist in managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and B2B platforms.
* Support management with project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and initiatives.
* Conduct SEO optimisation for website content and blog posts using relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings.
* Create engaging content including copywriting for websites, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop visual assets and presentations for campaigns.
* Manage and update content on WordPress websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads to inform future strategies.
* Support social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
* Assist with B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted outreach strategies and maintaining client relationships.
* Contribute to market analysis by researching industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
* Organise meetings, prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, organise schedules, and maintain organisational records efficiently.
Requirements
* Proven experience or strong interest in management, project management, or digital marketing roles.
* Proficiency in SEO practices, Google Ads optimisation, Google Analytics analysis skills, and email marketing tools.
* Competence in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress content management system, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
* Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
* Understanding of B2B marketing principles coupled with leadership qualities to support team projects effectively.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
