Objective
To produce clear accurate weekly financial reports to the business, analysing the data and
communicating to the depots.
Key Responsibilities
Management Reporting
❖ Prepare weekly Profit and Loss statements by depot
❖ Monthly, producing consolidated management accounts and balance sheet
❖ Prepare prepayments and accruals and ensuring full reconciliation to the balance sheet
❖ Analyse the financial performance by depot, clearly identifying and commenting on
variances
❖ Ensure that KPI's reported reflect trends within the business
❖ Monthly prepare Management Information for SLT
❖ Support in the process of budgeting and a rolling forecast
Year End
❖ Support the year end processes, collating information and liaising with the external
auditors
❖ Collaborate with operations to ensure any workshop stock and fuel held is recorded
correctly
AMR Property Management
❖ Maintain the accounting records and quarterly produce management information
Other
❖ Problem solving and handling queries with quick and effective solutions
❖ Supporting colleagues and ensuring smooth finance operations
❖ Continue to support the business on other finance initiatives as the business grows
❖ Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism in all documentation and
communication.
Skills and Competencies
❖ Understanding of Sage Intacct
❖ High attention to detail and accuracy
❖ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
❖ Ability to meet deadlines
❖ Advanced excel skills (eg if statements, vlookup and pivot tables)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
❖ AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA PQ
❖ 2+ years in a similar role
