Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neuro rehabilitation centre in Sawbridgeworth. This role offers flexibility to join on a permanent basis or via a locum contract. What will your responsibilities be? Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to adults with complex neurological conditions. Complete functional assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff. Support patients in regaining independence through goal-focused therapy. HCPC registration. Experience in neuro rehabilitation or complex physical health settings. Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
