We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting B2B engagement brands to find proactive, commercially-aware Business Analysts (both mid and senior) to help shape products that genuinely move the needle. What will you be doing? Collaborating with stakeholders to gather operational and future-facing requirements, then prioritising them based on business goals. Leading sessions to define and refine requirements. Using team velocity to forecast business outcomes and shape actionable user stories. Taking full ownership of the product backlog from day one. Ensuring proposed solutions align closely with business objectives. Working with delivery teams to define and implement the product and its supporting processes in a timely, cost-effective way. Building a clear, end-to-end understanding of business processes to enhance the full client journey. Becoming a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders by fostering strong working relationships. Gaining a solid grasp of current platforms to help solve business challenges and drive improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions. What skills and experience do you need? Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role. Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail. Comfortable working within cross-functional, agile teams. A continuous improvement (incremental) mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident collaborating with stakeholders across all areas of the business. Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to problem-solving. Experience managing projects and working with multiple priorities. Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs.
