We’re looking for a motivated and capable Systems Analyst to support and enhance a number of systems across the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive system improvements, ensure platform stability, and help future-proof our technology landscape. Working closely with internal IT Business Services, Support, and Infrastructure teams, you’ll act as a key link between technology and business operations - delivering solutions that add real value. What You’ll Be Doing * Support, maintain, and develop business-critical systems across the business * Lead and contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and improvement initiatives * Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions * Collaborate with software vendors and third-party partners * Conduct system testing and support successful implementation of new features * Drive continuous improvement aligned with business strategy * Develop and support low-code applications (K2 / PowerApps or similar) * Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and recovery processes * Provide technical support to end users and ensure systems deliver long-term value * Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4) What We’re Looking For * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels * Solid technical understanding with strong documentation skills * A methodical, logical approach to problem solving * Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Strong customer service mindset Why Join Us? * Be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking IT team * Work on impactful systems within a critical industry * Opportunity to lead projects and influence system strategy * Develop your skills in modern platforms, including low-code technologies
