C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a leading accident repair centre.

We are looking for someone with high standards of workmanship, a passion for vehicle repair, and a team-oriented approach.
Panel Beater Role and Responsibilities:
* Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to vehicles following manufacturer methods and standards.
* Complete work in a safe and timely manner to meet deadlines.
* Use specialist body repair equipment including welding tools, body alignment jigs, and measuring equipment.
* Ensure all vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition with a focus on first-time quality.
* Work closely with Workshop Controllers, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and other colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all workshop health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician within an Accident Repair Centre or Bodyshop – essential.
* Strong skills in welding, panel repair, panel replacement, and body alignment.
* ATA accreditation (Senior Panel Technician or similar) would be highly desirable but is not essential – full support will be provided to achieve accreditation if required.
* Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality repairs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
* Stable career history within the automotive repair sector preferred.
