Responsibilities
* Provide support to new and existing clients regarding their orders.
* Handle a variety of queries about the range of products, take orders and process these onto the system.
* Work with transport partners to organise a seamless delivery process and resolve logistic queries.
* Support refunds, returns and credits; investigate any complaints or issues.
* Ensure service level agreements are exceeded and deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.
Profile
* Previous customer service experience (from a range of backgrounds).
* Good attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
* Excellent communication and a confident telephone manner.
* Passionate about helping and supporting customers.
* Able to work towards targets in a busy environment.
* An excellent team player.
