What we’re looking for
* Great communicator
* Experience in Optics is helpful but not essential
* Commercially minded
* Experience in assisting managing small/medium teams or supervisory experience in a large team
* Eye for detail
* Flexible and adaptable
* Passionate people person

* A salary of up to £29,000 (depending on experience)
