Requirements
* Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within PFI or complex service contracts.
* Strong leadership background with experience motivating and managing diverse teams.
* Solid understanding of health and safety, compliance, and risk management.
* Confident in financial planning, budgeting, and overall contract management.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the delivery of all hard and soft FM services to ensure smooth, high:quality operations.
* Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial performance across all service areas.
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, driving continuous improvement.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety, contractual, and quality standards.
