5. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Responsibilities
6. Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and/or public counter.
7. Act as a customer advocate across a wide range of housing services.
8. Accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants.
9. Collaborate with partners to resolve tenant issues.
Requirements
10. IT Proficiency: Intermediate
11. Qualifications: Four GCSEs including Maths & English (or equivalent) At least 1 year of customer service experience
12. Professional Registration: Not required
13. Access NI Check: Basic
