Colicci is a family-run hospitality brand, proudly serving London’s iconic green spaces. Our cafés are bustling community hubs, offering exceptional coffee, fresh food, and warm hospitality.
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee our London based operation, leading from the front and driving operational excellence, customer experience, and business growth. Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing Colicci’s operational strategy.
This is a role for an inspirational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, has a strong commercial mindset, who can empower our Operations Managers and General Managers to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Drive operational strategy, across multiple sites ensuring Colicci’s growth and performance align with our vision.
* Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring teams are motivated, well-trained, and customer-focused.
* Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability, enhancing performance across multiple sites.
* Support new site launches and contract mobilisations, ensuring smooth, well-executed openings.
* Conduct regular site visits, ensuring high brand standards, efficiency, and operational success.
* Drive the business to achieve KPIs and financial targets, ensuring budgets are met and costs are controlled.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and operational policies.
* Champion Colicci’s sustainability initiatives across all sites, ensuring environmentally responsible practices are embedded across the entire operations.
* Lead operational planning for high-profile events ensuring smooth operations.
* Act as a key point of contact for Colicci’s clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong, professional, and productive relationships, whilst delivering on client expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
* An experienced hospitality leader – with a strong background in multi-site operations within cafés, casual dining, or premium hospitality.
* A commercially astute operator – confident in P&L management, cost control, and business growth strategies.
* A results-driven mindset – with the ability to problem-solve, innovate, and adapt in a fast-moving hospitality environment.
* A strong team developer – passionate about mentoring Area Managers and General Managers, helping them to grow and succeed.
* An outstanding communicator & collaborator – working closely with the Senior Management Team to drive success.
* A flexible & adaptable approach – comfortable managing multiple sites, working to business demands, and supporting teams when needed including at weekends and holidays.
