Role Overview
Account Managers contribute to the backbone of our brand work here at Fellas Studios, working alongside our Campaigns Team and reporting to our Head of Video Sales to acquire and manage paid brand work. No two days will be the same as you work across our slate of podcasts and a variety of brands, working to deliver 360 campaigns.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Establish, build and maintain your client base, building strong relationships with your clients as their main point of contact
* Developing and delivering compelling creative concepts for clients
* Ensure timely delivery of your campaigns, timelines and next steps
* Taking a hands on and collaborative approach to ensure that our production team have everything that they need to effectively deliver campaigns
* Ensuring that our clients have everything that they need to effectively analyse the performance of their campaign
* Maintaining internal campaigns and administrative processes

* An established book of direct client contacts across multiple verticals.
* Firm relationships built across a selection of the main agency holding companies.
* Confident in pitching and presenting ideas and opportunities.
* Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration across departments.
* A passion for Gen Z digital podcasting, YouTube and social content.
* Ability to manage internal resources and work with external partners and agencies.
* A keen attention to detail.
* Understanding and keen interest in Creator / Influencer Campaigns.
