?? Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
Manage office operations (phones, emails, correspondence)
Organize and maintain project documentation and filing systems
Prepare reports, memos, and meeting minutes
Project Coordination
Support project managers with schedules, timelines, and deliverables
Track and update project progress
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Financial & Procurement Tasks
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Assist with budget tracking and cost control
Maintain records of equipment, materials, and deliveries
Compliance & Safety
Help ensure documentation complies with safety and regulatory standards
Maintain training and certification records for staff
Communication & Customer Service
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff professionally
