About the role Here at Kerry, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator on a part time basis (16 hours per week), who combines strong administrative skills with hands-on facility management experience. This role ensures smooth office operations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace environment. Successful candidates must be able to manage time effectively and proactively as this is a fast paced, varied role, where no two days are the same! You will work closely with our Executive Assistant supporting the smooth running of the Staines office. Key responsibilities Office Administration Manage day-to-day office operations Order equipment & resources Liaise with IT Manage complaints Facility Management Oversee office facilities ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, AV, storage facility Oversee facility service vendors and negotiate contracts as needed. Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers. Act as the point of contact for ICT or other departments for access and system-related issues. Qualifications and skills Proven track record as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant, with exposure to facility management responsibilities. Technical Skills Proficiency in office management systems Facility Management Knowledge Understanding of building operations, maintenance schedules, and vendor management. Soft Skills Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders. Problem-Solving Ability to troubleshoot operational and facility-related issues effectively. Desirable Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Get in touch today!
