Business Analyst (Insurance) - PAS systems
Job Description:
* Underwriting requirements and processes. PAS systems implementation experience as an alternative.
* Demonstrable hands on experience of complex systems implementations across multiple functional areas and territories.
* Self-starter able to work without day to day direction.
* Experience of working successfully with multiple vendors and internal delivery teams to achieve on time, on budget and quality delivery.
* Strong IT and business stakeholder management skills. Able to work directly with key business resources across underwriting and actuarial.
* Document current business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
* Create detailed process maps and diagrams to aid in visualizing and understanding current and future states.
* Have a broad understanding of application and environment architecture including dataflow into an Enterprise Datawarehouse and onwards to further downstream applications.
* Clear communication on project recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Facilitate meetings and presentations to share insights and gather feedback
* Previous experience with commercial combined insurance products is beneficial.
