Most of your calls will be outbound, reaching out to customers to guide them through the first steps of their claim. This is a sales-through-service role, combining empathy with performance, where success means supporting customers with care and meeting clear goals Youll be part of a supportive, fun, and caring team. Youll: Call potential customers (no cold leads) helping them take the right next step Take time to understand their situation, ask the right questions, and listen with empathy Guide them through their claim so they know what happens next Overcome barriers with customers to achieve a first call resolution where possible Keep conversations on track by following our clear process and meeting quality standards, protecting both you and the customer Work towards clear and achievable conversion goals through providing great service, knowing every success means more people get the justice and support they deserve You will be working shift patterns, with one early shift (8am-4pm) followed by a late shift (12pm-8pm), this alternates weekly along with one in three weekends Youll experience a mix of work paces some days can be fast-moving and busy, while other times there may be downtime. Youll need to stay motivated and proactive, managing your time effectively to make the most of every moment Some conversations will be tough, but youll handle them with kindness, resilience, and professionalism. Where youll work Youll be based in our bright, vibrant East Didsbury office, dog-friendly with a relaxed dress code. Check us out on Instagram: blumeuk What were looking for Confidence in balancing customer care with delivering results Experience in a contact centre, retail, door-to-door or other fast-paced customer focused environment (full training given) Resilience, being inquisitive, and the drive to succeed A commitment to putting customers first, every time The ability to translate complex details into simple explanations that give customers confidence and clarity Youre curious by nature always digging deeper, asking the right questions, and rephrasing them to truly understand our customers and help them to consider options they may not have thought of The benefits Pay you can count on £24,570 starting salary (were a Living Wage Employer) Bonus that rewards performance Based on how many people you help progress their claim.
