The University’s IT Service, iSolutions, is looking for the right people to support the delivery of programmes and projects that enhance how the University utilizes IT. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Programme/Project Coordinator to join the iSolutions IT Portfolio Team. If you are interested, we would love to hear from you.
You will collaborate with the Portfolio Manager, Programme and Project Managers, Programme PMO Lead, the wider programme team, and programme sponsors to support the planning and delivery of specific projects. Your role will involve coordinating and servicing key programme boards and meetings, overseeing project communications, maintaining data systems (such as intranet content), supporting the operational functions of the Programme PMO, managing project administration, and maintaining key project documentation such as timelines, risk logs, and decision logs.
About You
You should be able to work accurately within deadlines, adhering to relevant policies and procedures. You will bring excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, along with a keen eye for detail. You are an engaged team member but can also work independently and manage your workload effectively. You will have a skill level (including experience and qualifications) equivalent to a professional qualification, with excellent IT skills. You are professional, clear-thinking, and act as a role model within the IT Portfolio.
