Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Service Delivery Manager to join our expanding team at our Gatwick office. This is a pivotal role within our clinical management team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical service delivery across our contracted services. Youll lead and support our in-house and contracted clinicians, ensuring they are responsive, empathetic, and consistently deliver exceptional care. Youll also play a key role in clinical governance, service development, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team, providing support, development, and training. Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks and regulatory standards (CQC, JRCALC, NICE). Represent at client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Oversee clinical operations, site visits, and supervision. Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency. Act as IP&C Lead and contribute to the Clinical Governance Committee. What Were Looking For
Essential: HCPC registered Paramedic or NMC registered Nurse Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience Proven leadership and team management experience Strong communication and IT skills Full UK driving licence and own transport Desirable: Formal management or leadership qualification Clinical leadership/management experience Multilingual skills Benefits & Rewards
