* Location: Natwest, Belfast City Centre
* Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week - hours worked between 07:00 and 23:00

You will provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure clients meet their financial arrangements aligned with their goals. You will receive comprehensive training and support in your role.

What you'll do
Conduct financial reviews, manage your diary, and balance proactive and planned customer interactions. Your duties include supporting customer needs, resolving issues swiftly, and maintaining positive relationships.

* Resolve complaints and errors promptly, restoring customer trust

The skills you'll need
Experience in customer service and relationship management, with strong organizational skills. You should have excellent communication skills, experience in a regulated environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
