Position Details
Starting Salary: £39,855, increasing upon successful completion of the ASYE programme
Start date: 1 October 2025
Locations: Kingston (Guildhall 2), Richmond (Civic Centre), Chessington (Moor Lane)
About the Role
Our programme provides all NQSWs with training, development, protected caseloads, reflective supervision, a buddy, and support from an ASYE assessor to help you progress in your first year.
You will work in partnership with children, young people, and connected individuals to create plans that meet their needs. Our teams include:

About You
* Degree and professional qualification in Social Work (CSS/CQSW, DipSw, MA SW, BA Hons SW)
* Active Social Work England registration
* Experience in children’s social care (placement, shadowing, or previous work)
