Role: Steel Erectors
Location: Tilbury
Rate: £24.00 per hour (Monday–Friday) - £30.00 per hour (weekend)
Duration: 12 months
We are currently recruiting experienced Steel Erectors for a project based in Tilbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a busy site with consistent hours available.
Duties will include:
* Installing and erecting structural steelwork
* Reading and working from drawings
* Bolting up and aligning steel structures
* Working safely at height
* Assisting with lifting operations alongside rigging teams
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with site health & safety regulations
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card – NVQ 2/3
* IPAF licence preferred
* Slinger / Signaller certification advantageous
* Previous experience erecting structural steel – power generation experienced preferred
* Ability to work as part of a team on a fast-paced site
