Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests at all times.
* Ensure the restaurant, pub and private dining spaces (depending on where the need is) are set up for every meal period, respecting the restaurant-specific standards.
* Deliver outstanding guest service by exceeding guest expectations.
* Have a thorough knowledge of all dishes and beverages on the menu, being able to bring them "to life" in conversation with guests, and be aware of all potential allergens.
* Keep a constant attentive eye on the timing and flow of service at your tables, highlighting any delays to your manager.
* Ensure all bills presented to the guests are correct and are cashed off correctly.
* Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
* Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
Compensation & Benefits
SALARY: 12.89 per hour plus tronc, HOURS: up to 30 hours per week, including weekends.
