Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to join our EYFS team from September, supporting a child with an EHCP. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have complex learning difficulties.

Working Pattern and Application Details
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.10pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break). Closing date: 9.00am on Friday, 9th May 2025. Shortlisting: 12th May 2025. Interviews: 14th and 15th May 2025.
This is a part-time, term-time only position (39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks of annual leave, increasing after 5 years of service). Salary will be pro-rata.
Additional Requirements
Requires an Enhanced DBS check. Evidence of an overseas police check is required if applicable. All staff must promote safeguarding and adhere to the school's Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.
