Expert knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and FAA regulations. EASA/CAA Part 66 B1/B2 Licence, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience. Ability to obtain and maintain SC-level security clearance. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Ensure the fleet remains compliant with all applicable aviation regulations and international standards. Manage aircraft maintenance programmes, defect rectification, modifications, and technical assessments. Implement Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Technical Orders. Maintain accurate regulatory records and support safety management systems. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
