Customer Services Project Coordinator Mildenhall | Full Time | Permanent Cooper Lomaz is recruiting for a Customer Services Project Coordinator on behalf of a well-established and innovative manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware, highly organised project professional who enjoys taking full ownership of client projects from concept through to production, delivery, and invoicing. You'll act as the central point of contact, ensuring projects run smoothly, profitably, and on time while maintaining exceptional service levels. The Role You will be responsible for managing multiple client projects end-to-end, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered through design, production, and distribution. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will keep everything aligned - from quotations and works instructions through to final delivery and billing. This is a varied and fast-paced role where strong communication, attention to detail, and commercial awareness are key. Key Responsibilities Managing projects from initial client brief through to completion Producing accurate cost estimates and managing sell prices to protect margin Raising detailed works instructions and coordinating internal workflows Liaising with design, graphics, planning, production, warehousing, and transport teams Managing supplier relationships to ensure materials and factored products arrive on time Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Monitoring timelines, troubleshooting issues, and communicating changes clearly Working with finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing Maintaining accurate project records and documentation About You You'll be a proactive and solutions-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. You will bring: Previous project admin experience, ideally within manufacturing, or a related sector Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing costs and margins Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple priorities A collaborative approach and a natural ability to build relationships across teams Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Why Apply?
